RETURNS POLICY

At AUS BOYFRND, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

AUS BOYFRND accepts change of mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original condition and packaging

  • Be free from marks, stains, fragrance, or damage

Please note:

  • Sale items, underwear, swimwear, earrings, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact AUS BOYFRND within 7 days of delivery at ausboyfrnd@gmail.com

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where products:

  • Have a major fault

  • Are not as described

  • Are not fit for purpose

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as AUS BOYFRND is not responsible for lost return parcels.

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
